Kangaroo Island (KI) is 145kms long and 50kms wide and has 450kms of coastline. KI is Australia's third largest Island with over 32% of the Island conserved in National or Conservation Parks. The Island is 16km off the coast of South Australia's Fleurieu Penninsula. KI is best accessed by scheduled air services direct from Adelaide (30 min flight) or by ferry from Cape Jervis (for those with own vehicle).

The Cliff House is located 45 minutes drive from Kingscote Airport or 1.5 hours from the ferry terminal at Penneshaw. Most of the journey is on unsealed roads where great care needs to be taken at all times (especially at twilight when the animals start to venture out for the night).

As there are no restaurants or shops nearby, you will find the closest township is Parndana, located a 30 min drive where there are a few shops and a hotel stocking supermarket food items and alcohol. You can order gourmet meals that are delivered to your villa.
